SXSW was a mixed bag for us.Jay Winebrenner loved it, whereas Pellicci and I got a little tired of it by the end.Oh, and the two Green Milk From the Planet Orange shows I saw.Since I was kind of already in character, I weaseled my arm out of his grasp and stared at him like he was fucking with me.Needless to say, there was part of me that felt bad for this guy that had probably, after only a day and a half, already had his share of SXSW shenanigans.It was really fun walking around and watching the spectacle that is SXSW, but as far as playing shows, to me it was very clear that most of the organizers were not doing it for the sake of music.It is definitely one I love playing live.So, I tried to sing it in a different register.Total Tunes Served: 4,722,968(As of 3 December, 7:59 am, GMT.All songs posted at Daytrotter.Daytrotter is a registered trademark of Daytrotter Media, LLC.Knots

Coast for blustery live performances including shows with Modest Mouse, Califone,

begin tracking their third album in August 2002, Joe Kelly abruptly, yet
amicably, left the band after only recording four songs.The band returned to the studio again in
March 2003 to complete It Was High Time to Escape.Filled with atmospheric grooves and various
instrumentation, The Curse of the Longest Day separated itself drastically
from previous 31Knots' releases as
