Upcoming Shows.....Abandon Kansas is staying quite busy right now, playing a couple shows a week and getting ready for a west US tour with Uncommonsense.Not that we don't do that, but at least we're doing more than that.ABANDON KANSAS hasn't posted any shows yet.Abandon Kansas is aware of the power of music and understand that it connects people.Whether that be about God, love, or just the ups and downs of life, we present a message that is honest, yet offers hope.We believe that relational ministry is more important than a few words share on stage.This approach seems to resonate with Jesus and his preaching of the Gospel.Abandon Kansas started in early 2006 as a combination of several different worship bands around Wichita.After releasing a couple 3 song EPs, we finally came out with a full length record in December of '07.Abandon Kansas has played 250+ shows in its career from camps to venues to bars to festivals to birthdays to youth groups.Up to this point, everything we have accomplished has been completely DIY (do it yourself) with no support from a label.However, God has continually blessed us with people that surround us with support in prayer and finances.The four members of this band will be the first to admit that this band is bigger than us, and we do everything we can to not get in the way of God is trying to accomplish through us.Abandon Kansas has opened for huge secular artists like The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus and Hellogoodbye and also well known christian artists like As Cities Burn, The Classic Crime, Audio Adrenaline, and Kutless.We have toured through 35 states and absolutely love life on the road.Id + " Text: " + targetLink.Now you can customize your My Eventful page to work for you!Tell Abandon Kansas where to come.You have to be 13 to play.To check if you're a robot from the future.Tell Abandon Kansas where to come.
