: When I was about 21, I was thinking about becoming a doctor, but I knew my dad could not afford university fees although he wanted to.But one day I went to this big competition, I lied to my parents about where I was going.IM

The Bush Doctor had a special patient in his office.It was his turn to warn the Bush Nurse to conduct herself in a professional manner.Twelve months ago, when the cataracts first came to light, the Bush nurse had done the unforgivable.Unfortunately the Witch Doctor heard about this.Practically everyone in the Bush had to beg on her behalf before the Witch Doctor withdrew charges.An election was girl on the ward who was needed to have genital wounds surgically repaired after profuse blood loss following a blotched circumcision attempt.The Bush Nurse had fumed through out the procedure.The Bush Doctor crossed his legs every time he remembered what was said.Cut the long one at the top commot (away) but I do not think the injection working because my 12 years daughter crying.Her hand was talk of the disease as a disease, the talk seemed to humanise each symptom, each statistic; the speaker made you so aware he was talking about human beings.Now all medicine is about human beings, but say you are learning the complications of a disease, you do not cry each time a complication is mentioned.Now this Cystic Fibrosis, has no cure.Life expectancy has improved to what it was before; mid forties perhaps.Other problems are those of excessive salt loss in sweat, risk of Diabetes and Liver problems developing and then male infertility.Because of the screening in place, cases are now being diagnosed before the onset of symptoms.So, three days after celebrating a birth, you get called by a specialist to tell you little Johnny is not as good as he seems.How is he going to manage?Run the country and look after his child.Will services in Renal Medicine receive a boast seeing how the New President suffered with kidney problems?How will he cope with running the country?Bush Doctor in
