Thank you Yossi and Momir.Thank you very much for your attempt to help me on this moment of desperation.The fact is NONE of my clients these published cdroms are going to, use any Scala products.I'll be clear, I made a CD for a client in 2001, he sent it to many countries !Our Demo CDROM published last month."Unfortunately we cannot take the risk of producing a CD which will work on some computers and not all..."I'm in a position in which I'm not capable of telling why it is not working or even knowing if I have done something wrong.Also this is happening on any computerS connected to a network, even if the user is logged in with full administrator rights.It is important to notice the 2 machines I tested 1 uses Norton and the other does not.Both have ATI Rage 128 Pro video cards with certified drivers.The 3 machines with clean XP install.My phone rings more than 911 with "it doesn't run on our computer" complaints.Application quits without warning or error messages at the time when it has to play any video which uses indeo codec.But it seems this is happening on most computers not some.Any help, any suggestion from users or Scala will be appreciated.It is just very sad to see a great product going to the crematorium...Subject: Thank you
