Republicans still celebrating a win in Tuesday's primary, the Democrats seeking county offices unveiled their platform yesterday.No more tax and spending increases.The incumbent Republicans have talked a good game but have ultimately failed miserably to bring reform.The plan calls for evening hours for the county clerk and government services as well as implementing mobile and satellite offices throughout the county and broadcasting freeholder meetings online and on cable television.The Democrats face Fenton and Stacey Jordan of Moorestown, who was appointed to fill a vacancy on the freeholder board this year, and clerk candidate Gary Woodend of Medford Lakes.He and Jordan have said they would reduce the county's vehicle fleet.The tax burden is killing this state and something needs to be done.Now if the county can step foward and make a difference the state needs to follow the same path.Taxes have remained stable through good management of growth.Green Acres program is the envy of the state.The current leadership has a lot to be proud of.Conversation
