TruTV takes the plunge with 'Ocean Force, O.Those shows, like this new series, made gripping, fascinating and compelling television."Baywatch" (without a bouncy Pamela Anderson), mixed with a healthy dose of "Cops," although it's not nearly as dark."Ocean Force" is beautifully shot, with wide vistas of beach, the occasional hunk or babe in a swimsuit and plenty of shots of folks frolicking in the water.In reality, bad things happen on the beach.And the lifeguards are the first responders in emergencies, ranging from drowning to drunks and virtually everything else in between.In a graphic and intense scene, they go to work.Using a combination of an AED (automated external defibrillator) and CPR, they get the kid's heart beating and get him to an ambulance.Where "Ocean Force" wobbles, however, is in the narration.The weak narration in those cases takes away from the drama and moves the show into TMZ territory."TruTV takes the plunge with 'Ocean Force, O.Services:
