Music producer Bill Curbishley, who had been managing Plant since the 1980s and who assumed management of Page in 1994, was integral in the reuniting of Page and Plant.Curbishely persuaded the previously reluctant Plant to work again with Page.Led Zeppelin's main songwriters reformed on April 17, 1994 as a part of the Alexis Korner Memorial Concert at Buxton, England.On August 25 and August 26, they taped performances in London, Wales, and Morocco with Egyptian and Moroccan orchestration of several Led Zeppelin tunes along with four new songs.The performances aired on October 12, and were so successful commercially and artistically that the two coordinated a tour which kicked off in February 1995.Afterwards, they entered the studio with engineer Steve Albini to record Walking into Clarksdale, an album of entirely new material.Plant reunion slowly dissolved, with both members going on to perform with other side projects.They reunited once more in July 2001 for the Montreux Jazz Festival.Main staff

that we're going to see, so, of course, everyone was all stoked.Robert Johnson came to his crossroads, etc.The song, "Sons of Freedom" is a rocking song and has great riffs but it doesn't fit Plant's voice.Page's guitar, as usual, is superb.Overall, I give it an 8.Jimmy was the creative musical influence behind LZ?This can't be the same man who was responsible for this CD.If it is the same man, then John Paul Jones must have been the secret unsung hero of all time.Jones' instrumental solo stuff at least has "life" in it.This crap is pure garbage.The music produced after was well short of anything in their Zeppelin days, and anything they ever will produce individually or collaboratively again.But I also realized, likely along with them, that hey, these guys lived hard and on top for a long time.No Quarter and later Walking into Clarkesdale.Zep fan that was too young to see them in their prime.People were literally screaming their lungs out for more for well over a half hour after the third encore.This artist has not uploaded any music.SOUND and "Live Life Loud" are trademarks of iSOUND.
