Officer.Daniel was supposed to put the money into a trust account for him.When Gregory visited him to retrieve his money, he was told it was gone.Initial reports also mentioned that his vehicle was left at the office, where he arrived on the morning of his disappearance.It has since been learned that he also owned two motorcyles and one of them is missing.His girlfriend also told investigators that when he dropped her off that morning at 5:30 AM, he gave her a key to his home, a jogging suit, and a pair of Sorel boots.She said this was unusual, since usually she did not receive her check until the end of the working day.She knew he was shuffling money from one 1031 account to pay off another.The divorced father of eight was also behind on his child support payments.This new evidence would seem to give a good motive for Royal Daniel to leave his practice, friends, and possessions and disappear.The fact that on his passport renewal form he put down that he planned on traveling in April 2007 also seems to indicate there was some premeditation on his part.Business Center, which contains links to documents filed by Royal Daniel III regarding his law practice.He started his practice in Breckinridge, CO on July 9, 1998 by filing Articles of Incorporation.The firm was created as a P.Professional Corporation, a standard coporate option for law offices.From 1998 until its initial dissolution in January 2004, Royal Daniel III was the only shareholder.Articles of Reinstatement on February 15, 2005.The address and single shareholder were the same.Seven days later they filed their report.Daniel, the man that went missing on April 27, 2006 from his office in Breckenridge.By 7:30 AM he was going for a cup of coffee in the small kitchnette that served the office workers in the building.Just 18 minutes later, there was the first sign that something was amiss.They also noticed a broken pair of sunglasses and a writing pen on the floor of his office.He also did not notice anything unusual about how Daniel acted that morning in the hall.Investigators brought in a bloodhound to help with the search for the missing attorney, but it yielded no results.Daniel more than a year ago.His ego is this community.These ten incredible guitarists have come together to lift up their guitars as their voices in celebration of this important music.In your opinion, which guitaristhas a similar style orsound as Steve Morse?"Click to listen to MP3 clip now!""Click to listen to MP3 clip now!""Click to listen to MP3 clip now!""Click to listen to MP3 clip now!""Click to listen to MP3 clip now!"Other items related to The Royal Dan.Major Impacts 2

DVDs...Use of this web site constitutes acceptance of the Guitar Nine Records Terms of Use.To read our Privacy Policy, click here.Recorded live at Radio City Music Hall on April 1, 2006, this concert is the culmination of the band's 20th Anniversary Tour, featuring two full sets and over 30 tracks.The New Power Generation: Prince, Levi Seacer Jr.This album followed Prince's debut with the New Power Generation, DIAMONDS AND PEARLS, and marked a turning point in the career of one of the most talented, prolific, and successful pop stars of the '80s and '90s.After the album's release, Prince changed his name to the unpronounceable symbol emblazoned on the cover.The group continues to evolve and grow as ...PETTING ZOO celebrates this aspect of the band.And when one considers the actual meaning of a traditional kiddie rhyme like "Ring Around the Rosie," this material fits in just fine.At long last, because YOU asked ...Epitaph is a living legend with a brand new album release.Epitaph release(Ships In The Dark).NoHave you heard this album?Happiness Is The Road Vol.News, reviews, and info from the world of Jazz Rock Fusion guitar.Jimmy Herring interview at Jambands.The three previous compilations paid homage to John Coltrane (A Guitar Supreme), Miles Davis (Fusion For Miles), and the Mahavishnu Orchestra (Visions Of An Inner Mounting Apocalypse).This time around it's a tribute to Steely Dan entitled The Royal Dan: A Tribute.The core band on the CD is comprised of Vinnie Colaiuta on drums, Jimmy Halsip on bass, Peter Wolf on keys, Ernie Watts on sax, and Richman himself on rhythm guitar (and lead on 'Josie').Richman also arranged all the songs, and in almost every case, the songs are reworked quite a bit.There are some really great performances here.Steve Lukather is awesome on 'Pretzel Logic'.His style fits perfectly with the tune.The result is a tune that is heavier than the original, and very cool.You can easily imagine him as one of the stable of guitar greats playing on the original albums.For further evidence of this, check out some live Dragonflys shows where Herring tears it up on 'Kid Charlemagne').This is another example where the guitarist really fits the song.Morse's bluesy phrasing and tumbling lines really work here.It's turned into more of a jazz piece.Jay Graydon and Elliot Randall (both of whom played on original Steely Dan albums) have featured spots also.For some reason the whole tune sounds timid, in my opinion.My Favorite Things' from the Coltrane tribute to what he does this time around.He plays well here, but it just doesn't quite gel for me.Of all the guitar tribute albums Jeff Richman has produced, I'd say the Mahavishnu tribute is my personal favorite.This album, however, is a close second.If you like their songs no matter who plays them, and us real fans do, this is for you.What Donald and Walter created in their early albums can not be repeated so I guess I am glad others don't try to duplicate.See all my reviews
The previous 3 reviews are right on the mark.I've often wondered why so few artists cover Steely Dan songs.Even with top shelf musicians it seems to be nearly impossible to improve on the original.Maybe it's because the Dan occupies such a razor sharp domain in the music spectrum that it defies alteration.Jeff Richman for the Tone Center label, and it is by far the least interesting.Whatever the reason, the arrangements aren't interesting nor do these versions add new dimensions to the original versions.Further, to me, the guitar solos just don't sound inspired.In summary, there's nothing wrong with this set of music, but there's nothing particularly interesting about it, either.There's not one song or guitar solo that grabs my attention.It might make great party background music, though.No conversations will be interrupted with the "Wow!Each of these does contain several "Wow!Becker and Fagen's carefully crafted songs had just enough guitar or sax solo in each to compliment the body of the song; they knew that it's the right mix of lyrics with a catchy melodic hook that really makes a great song.Tribute albums seldom live up to the originals, and the more distinctive the original, the harder it is to improve on it.See all my reviews
