XP8 is Marco Visconti and Marko Resurreccion.Biography
The band, started in 2001 as a trio including previous singer Paul Toohill, composes an airy blend of electronica, techno and trance, bringing their various visions and talents to life with synthetic vibrancy and danceable beats, crossing electronic genres with relative ease.Aimed at the heart of the dancefloor, the music keeps listeners moving through the night in timeless waves, emitting subtle hints of the 1980s while slipping easily into sounds of the new millennium: glitchy patterns, sharp simulated strings, and clear vocals travel through bright sequences and brooding atmospheres.RE_Productions EP in October 2004.In several interviews, however, the band seemes to consider their real debut the 2005 album Hrs:Min:Sec, released on the acclaimed German label Infacted Recordings.Over the years, XP8 has made a name for themselves due to their energetic live performances: the band had played all over Europe, from their native Italy to Russia, and attended prestigious festivals like the Wave Gotik Treffen in Germany.Attrition, Mortiis, Icon of Coil and Dope Stars Inc.RE_Productions (EP, 2004, Black Flames Records)

There was approximately 125 Saleen XP8's created, although this number is widely disputed and to an extent, impossible to verify as Saleen has extremely limited records of this low production model.It has been said that the approximately the first 20 XP8's were reserved for Saleen employees and executives, thus decreasing the available selection to the public even more.The cabin is treated to either a real wood or carbon fiber appearance package, depending upon color choice, as well as Saleen gauge faces and floor mats.Rear

A significant amount of Saleen XP8's vary dramatically in appearance and options, as a result of Saleen farming the production of the XP8's (with the exception of only a few) to California bodyshops and Ford dealers.Many of the options available in Saleen XP8's, such as the carbon fiber composite hood, Saleen supercharger, and carbon fiber accents were installed outside of the Saleen Inc.Therefore, many XP8's vary significantly with options installed.Availability
Saleen XP8's are now well past their final production date (2001), and as such, can only be purchased through online advertisements and car auction websites such as eBay Motors.Additionally, all performance and appearance parts for the XP8's have ceased production back in 2001.Saleen XP8 parts are no longer available through Saleen whatsoever, even to owners.Records
