Yellow 6) is a colourant that may be added to foods to induce a colour change.Specifically the capsules of DayQuil (in high concentrations), some extra strength Tylenol.Possible health effects
It appears to cause allergic or intolerance reactions, particularly amongst those with an aspirin intolerance.Other reactions can include gastric upset, diarrhoea, vomiting, a rash similar to nettle rash and skin swelling. It is one of the colourants that the Hyperactive Children's Support Group recommends be eliminated from the diet of children. On 6 September 2007, the British Food Standards Agency revised advice on certain artificial food additives, including E110.We know that many other influences are at work but this at least is one a child can avoid."On 10 April 2008, the Foods Standard Agency called for a voluntary removal of the colours (but not sodium benzoate) by 2009.Sunset Yellow FCF is a prohibited food additive in Norway.Join today to start receiving Yellow6's updates.Mixed Signals (CD)

more...As Yellow 6, his heavily reverbed, beautifully distorted guitars gracefully ascend, swoon and dip, freefall towards the earth, then catch themselves again, slowly tracing a complex and epic trajectory. It includes the song featured here, "Tomorrow."Similar Artists:
Stars of the Lid, Flying Saucer Attack, Movietone, A.CDRs that he releases each year, Attwood (under the name Yellow6) has released over thirty hours worth of music in roughly ten years time.If you were a faithful collector, you could listen to his work for a full day straight without a single break (and still have several hours to spare), or fill four entire nights with nothing but his often somnambulistic sounds as a backdrop.CD two (subtitled "further") is a little less drifting, with ten songs running just under seventy minutes, but mellow is still the rule rather than the exception.Generally much more melodic than the first disc, songs like "Amateur" and "Norwest Passage" find Attwood spirally lovely plucked guitar melodies into a warm haze, and the latter even hums with a thin crust of feedback (although certainly not enough to shake too much of the sleepy dust from your eyes). As I've mentioned time and time again, Attwood is certainly a pro at creating this sort of stuff.Heck, even though the title reminds one of fall, it might sound just as good on a relaxing summer evening as well. All rights reserved, all wrongs reversed.
